Last Friday, we had a Doggy Happy Hour in Falls Church. Clix Photo Studio, Purr-fect Grrooming, DoggyWalkers and homeless dogs of Lost Dog Rescue joined this fun event! We baked a big doggy cake and it was very popular among our canine friends. We also held a photo contest. Dr. Michele Kelly of Falls Church Animal Hospital chose our winner! And the winner is... Maggie! Cheers to Maggie!This is what Maggie's family says about her. Very sweet!
" We just adopted her from the lost dog and cat rescue center and she has been one of the best dogs ever!!! She is sweet, energetic, fun to play with, and 26 pounds of filling love!!! We have so many cute pictures it was hard to choose! We love her so much and she is one of the best things that has happened to our family!!! We love her like crazy!!"
I thought we made a big enough cake for everyone, but it was gone by the end of the evening! Here, you can see how popular our doggy cake was!
